Advertisement Agreement
|
The undersigned owner(s) grant(s) to Buy and sell cemetery plots Inc. (BASCPI) permission
to advertise the property on the internet and otherwise, to make information concerning
the property available to potential buyers, real estate agents, brokers and others.
I/we agree that there is no guarantee that the property will sell at any price or
within a particular amount of time. The ad listing is for 12 months, renewable without
charge upon written notification 30 days prior to expiration. If a full service
ad listing is sold during the ad listing period in any way other than through BASCPI
within 50% of the original asking price, BASCPI will refund 50% of the ad listing
fee upon proof of a bona fide sale Otherwise, the fee is non-refundable. Some transfers
may incur additional costs due too particulars of the local market due to this fact
There may be additional fees charged by the cemetery, its management company, city,
and or state that it is located in. We will contact these entities and request a
copy of any additional costs you may incur, we will then notify of these terms.
If you decide not to sell your cemetery plot at that time a service fee of $49.95
will be charged to cover the costs of paperwork and our research services. A seller
must be able to produce a legible copy of a contract or purchase record showing
ownership in there name. Otherwise, we will attempt to obtain a copy for a fee of
$100.00 plus our out of pocket costs (usually less than $25.00). We do not absorb
these fees. Any disputes between BASCPI and owner(s) will be resolved by binding
arbitration in Pinellas County, Florida.
