Hill Crest Memorial Park is a member of the Dignity Memorial network of cemetery and funeral service providers. Originally founded in the 1950s, the cemetery property encompasses nearly 100 acres of very well cared for grounds. Mature and stately trees, flowering crepe myrtles, and gently rolling slopes offer just a glimpse of the type of beautiful scenery encompassed by the park property. Deciduous and flowering native trees offer a full range of color, beauty and serenity throughout the property. Staff at Hill Crest Memorial Park offers traditional burial as well as cremation cemetery options and funeral services for area residents. A variety of beautiful features scattered throughout the property include an open-air chapel, stained glass, mausoleum, a fountain, sundial and beautiful mural. An outdoor amphitheater is available for natural outdoor settings, enhanced by pleasant temperatures nearly year-round. The cemetery property offers a variety of sections for interment, including a section dedicated to veterans of all service branches. A September 11 memorial located in this section, called the Field of Honor, is a focal point of the cemetery and attracts visitors from surrounding counties. Located in Bossier Parish, the cemetery property is one of the most beautiful in the area, offering a plethora of Southern grace and charm as well as quaint serenity and security to visitors and family members grieving the loss of their loved one. A perfect location for the memorialization of the departed, staff at Hill Crest Memorial Park continues to serve multi-denominational and multicultural families in Bossier Parish and the Shreveport region.
