Located in Cobb County, Kennesaw Memorial Park has been serving the needs of Marietta, Georgia and surrounding community residents since the early 1950s. Gently rolling hillsides, quiet tranquil ponds, and majestic trees grace the grounds of the cemetery, located in close proximity to the Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Monument and Park.

Created in the early 1950s, and comprising of just over a dozen employees, the staff at Kennesaw Memorial Park take obvious pride in the property, comprised of dozens of acres, including an additional 50 that will be developed in coming decades to continue serving the inhabitants of the area. The grounds provide traditional in-ground burials and offer a multitude of gardens including the Masonic Garden, the Lakeview Garden, and the Catholic Garden. A beautiful polished granite and stone mausoleum offers a lasting tribute to the memory of those who have passed. Cremation gardens are also available, with monuments and ceremonials if desired by grieving family and loved ones.

The gently rolling, wooded grounds are reminiscent of eras past, and stand as a quiet testament to the dedication, loyalty, and compassion of the staff and groundskeepers at Kennesaw Memorial Park, who strive to provide a tranquil and serene environment in which to memorialize loved ones, friends, and provide visitors with a beautiful and secluded area in which to express their emotions.

Kennesaw Memorial Park may be accessed via George's Interstate 75, or State Highway 122, due west of downtown Marietta, Georgia. Located immediately adjacent to the Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park, visitors to the Memorial Park get an immediate sense of tradition, history and culture in this beautiful location.
