Established around 1948, Memorial Park Cemetery is dedicated and pleased to continue meeting the needs of Lima and surrounding community residents, as well as surrounding Allen County, Ohio residents. Staff are always willing and available to help make funeral service arrangements and funeral directors are available to aid families and friends to select musical arrangements, flowers, burial options and local accommodations for visitors arriving from distant locations.

The grounds are well kept and maintained, and dozens of acres of lawns, trees and shrubs are carefully placed along the walking pathways. Above-ground as well as flush-to-ground monuments and markers offer visitors and grieving family and friends the opportunity to easily find the earthly resting place of their loved one among the beautiful grounds, surrounded by sprawling vistas of rich green lawns, stately trees and the quiet solitude of the location.

Located adjacent to the Ferguson Reservoir and surrounded by beautiful country clubs and golf courses, Memorial Park Cemetery is also located within walking distance of the Ohio State University campus. Memorial Park Cemetery may be accessed on Interstate 75 just east of downtown Lima, with a turnoff on the Highway 309, also known as Harding Highway.
