Rest Haven Memorial Park, formerly known as Shady Grove Cemetery, located in Tampa, Jackson County, has served the needs of central western Florida for generations. Since the days of the War Between the States, Rest Haven Memorial Park has offered a variety of services for Florida residents, and serves as the final resting place not only of Civil War veterans, but veterans of all wars in generations since.

Rest Haven Memorial Park is nestled within a stately and groomed grove of trees, offering shade, strength and comfort to visitors. Well manicured pathways enables visitors to access all areas of the property and the southern Florida climate, along with dedicated groundskeepers, keep the grounds green and lush year round. As one of the oldest cemeteries in the area, Rest Haven Memorial Park continues to dedicate its presence to the honor and memorialization of area residents, perpetuating the memory of loved ones for generations past and generations to come.

Located slightly northeast of downtown Tampa, Rest Haven Memorial Park is nestled in a tree studded suburban community between Interstates 275 and 75, south of Lettuce Lake Regional Park. Visitors can take state route 92 or East Hillsboro Avenue with a turnoff on either North 50th or North 40th street, with a turn on East Hanna Avenue to access the cemetery grounds.
