Located just minutes north of the Huron River in central Michigan, Washtenong Memorial Park is located in beautiful Ann Arbor. A historical cemetery, Washtenong has served the needs of Ann Arbor and surrounding areas for decades. Lush manicured lawns, exquisite stonework and benches as well as memorials and statues grace green lawns that span the length of the cemetery.

Though small by many modern standards, Washtenong Memorial Park is located on the west side of Whitmore Lake road, just minutes from downtown Ann Arbor. The entrance to the cemetery is also located on Whitmore Lake road, with paths veering off to the 'Old Red Barn' in the far corner of the cemetery, or to the main offices, mausoleum and memorial walls located at various locations throughout the grounds.

Washtenong Memorial Park also offers a secluded Infant Memorial in a quiet area of the grounds, as well as sprawling paths that offer visitors and guests a place to contemplate and remember their loved ones. Though an older cemetery, Washtenong Memorial Park offers ground level cast metal markers as well as more traditional stones, markers and memorials throughout.

Located close by Interstates 14 and 23, Washtenong Memorial Park nevertheless offers a sense of seclusion and peace from the sounds, sights attractions of nearby Ann Arbor.
